Return & Refund Policy
At UsaiRose, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that occasionally, issues may arise with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning products and requesting refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order. 
- 
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. 
- 
The item must be in resalable condition, with all seals, caps, labels, and tags intact. 
- 
Perfume boxes must be undamaged and not exposed to sunlight, moisture, or heat. 
Important Note:
Due to the hygienic and aromatic nature of fragrances, used or opened perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- 
Opened or partially used perfume bottles 
- 
Products with broken seals or tampered packaging 
- 
Customized or promotional gift sets 
- 
Items purchased on clearance or final sale 
- 
Free gifts or complimentary items received with orders 
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order is received in damaged condition or contains the wrong item:

Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing wakas.mumtaz@gmail.com 
- 
Include clear photos of the damaged product, outer packaging, and shipping label 
- 
Once verified, we will offer: - 
A replacement item, or 
- 
A full refund, or 
- 
Store credit, based on your preference 
 
- 
We handle each damaged/incorrect order claim with utmost care and aim to resolve it quickly.
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return request:

Your full name

- 
Reason for return 
- 
Supporting evidence (photos, if applicable) 
 
-

Wait for our team to review and approve the request 
- 
Once approved, you will be given the return address and instructions 
Please do not return any item without receiving prior authorization from our team.
5. RETURN SHIPPING
- 
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. 
- 
We recommend using a trackable courier service and keeping the receipt until the return is processed. 
- 
UsaiRose is not liable for returns lost in transit. 
6. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- 
You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. 
- 
If approved, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days using the original method of payment. 
- 
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. 
If the return is rejected (due to signs of use or damage), the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
7. EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you may return it following the process above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before the item has been shipped. 
- 
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, and the return process must be followed instead.

9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time:
- 
First, check your bank account again. 
- 
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. 
- 
Next, contact your bank. Processing times vary between institutions.
