At UsaiRose, we take great care in delivering our luxury fragrances safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery timelines, methods, costs, and more.
By placing an order with UsaiRose, you agree to the terms below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. 
- 
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. 
- 
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another once your order is dispatched with tracking information. 
Note: During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, processing time may extend slightly. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAMES
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan through reliable courier partners. Delivery time depends on your location:
- 
Major Cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–4 business days 
- 
Remote or Rural Areas: 4–7 business days 
We work with trusted courier services such as TCS, Leopard Courier, Call Courier, and others to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- 
Flat-Rate Shipping: A standard delivery charge (e.g., Rs. 200) may apply to all orders under a specific value (e.g., Rs. 2,000). 
- 
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 2,000. 
- 
Any shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. 
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped:
- 
You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. 
- 
Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after dispatch. 
-

5. DELAYS & DELIVERY ISSUES
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, certain situations beyond our control may cause delays, such as:

Bad weather or natural events 
- 
Government or transport restrictions 
- 
Courier service disruptions 
- 
Incomplete or incorrect shipping address 
If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected time, we will work closely with the courier service to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY & RESPONSIBILITY

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and recipient details are accurate at the time of checkout.

UsaiRose is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 
- 
If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, the customer may be required to pay for re-shipment. 
7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
We ensure your perfumes are packed securely with care. However:
- 
If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or opened, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. 
- 
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but not received, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate. 
UsaiRose is not liable for lost packages after confirmed delivery by the courier, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, UsaiRose does not offer international shipping. We only ship orders within Pakistan. We hope to expand to global delivery in the near future. Stay connected with us for updates.
9. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been delivered:

You may receive a delivery confirmation message/email. 
- 
Please inspect the parcel upon receipt. If something is missing or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter quickly.
